2011: Renamed to SEIKO ARCHITECTURAL WALL SYSTEMS CONSULTING (Shanghai) CO LTD. (China)

The brand office was converted to this Fully Owned Subsidiary as a profit center for design and engineering works.

2011: Establishment of SG FAÇADE SYSTEMS PTE LTD

The founding of SG FAÇADE SYSTEMS PTE LTD aids in the undertaking of smaller scale projects. This subsidiary is 60% Owned by SEIKO.

2007: Establishment of SEIKO ARCHITECTURAL WALL SYSTEMS PTE LTD (SHANGHAI BRANCH OFFICE)

This branch office was established to act as an additional design and engineering resource center.

2002 : Renamed to SEIKO ARCHITECTURAL WALL SYSTEMS PTE LTD

Finally, this began SEIKO’s new journey and reflect its new status as an EXTERNAL FAÇADE SYSTEM SPECIALIST.

1996: Establishment of SEIKOTECH ARCHITECTURAL COMPONENTS SDN BHD (Malaysia)

The Fully Owned Subsidiary in Malaysia serves as the main manufacturing location for SEIKO.

1984: Changed to SEIKO GLASS & ALUMINIUM CO PTE LTD

This act was implemented to include aluminum cladding as another supply and export business to overseas countries.

1978: Establishment of SEIKO GLASS PTE LTD

The key objective of SEIKO GLASS PTE LTD was to supply and install glass as key business.

While it was first established in 1978 as a glass supplier and fabricator, SEIKO has now transformed to better position itself as an External Facade Specialist for Singapore and international clients.
